At KREWE, we want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-price eyewear. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place your eyewear, along with the original case and microfiber cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and attach the pre-paid label.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
